Since the Company provides digital educational products and downloadable content, all purchases are generally non-refundable once:

• Access has been granted, or.
• The course/content has been consumed.

However, refunds may be considered under the following situations:

• Technical failure from the Company’s side.
• Incorrect transaction amount deduction
• Non-delivery of purchased content due to verified technical issues
